When a large-scale resource management company approached me, they were ready to evolve beyond their dated visual identity. They needed a refreshed digital experience that would resonate with municipalities across the United States while showcasing their commitment to innovation and sustainability.
The brand’s traditional visuals and jargon-heavy messaging no longer resonated with their audience. They were hesitant to abandon familiar language, yet they needed to reach non-technical decision-makers in cities and municipalities.
I blended modern UI/UX design with strategic copywriting so the brand felt both authoritative and approachable. The goal: communicate expertise without overwhelming users.
I redesigned the entire interface to be intuitive, airy, and data-forward. The refreshed navigation surfaces the most important information first and adapts seamlessly between web and mobile so teams can access insights anywhere.
Sleek typography, modular layout blocks, and interactive highlights help guide municipal stakeholders through complex offerings without friction.
The previous copy relied on industry buzzwords that didn’t translate outside of the sector. I rewrote everything to be clear, conversational, and still authoritative—so city-level decision makers could quickly understand the offering without needing a translator.
Sustainability statements, product explanations, and proof points were rewritten to sound modern, confident, and focused on outcomes.
The rebrand elevated the client’s market presence and positioned them as a sustainability-forward leader.
By embracing a modern aesthetic and trusting the copywriting process, the client now communicates like an innovative, environmentally-conscious partner. This project proves how strategic UI/UX and messaging can keep long-standing companies relevant in a rapidly evolving market.
